A41H steam safety valve | spring micro open closed safety valve is suitable for equipment or pipelines with working temperature ≤ 300 ℃ and medium such as petroleum gas, air, water, etc. A41y-p/r type is applicable to equipment or pipelines with corrosive medium at working temperature ≤ 200 ℃ as overpressure protection device. When the pressure in the equipment and pipeline exceeds the allowable value, the valve will automatically open and then discharge in full; When the pressure drops to the specified value, the valve will close automatically to ensure the safe operation of equipment and pipelines. 二、 Brief introduction to the structure of spring slightly opened closed safety valve

1. The spring micro opening safety valve has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small reseating differential pressure, convenient adjustment and so on.

2. Nozzle type valve seat: the valve seat is a Laval nozzle type valve seat. When the steam flows through the outlet of the valve seat, it reaches the sound speed, and the emission coefficient is large. The sealing surface of the valve seat is overlaid with cobalt chromium tungsten carbide, which is wear-resistant, erosion resistant and long service life.

3. Thermoelastic valve clack: the valve clack is designed as a thermoelastic structure, which uses its small deformation under the medium pressure to improve the sealing ability and overcome the forward leakage phenomenon of the safety valve near the set pressure under the medium pressure. The sealing surface of the valve disc adopts advanced laser quenching technology, which improves the hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance.

4. Adjusting nut: by adjusting the adjusting nut and adjusting the spring compression, the valve can easily and quickly obtain accurate setting pressure.

5. Back pressure adjusting sleeve: it is an auxiliary mechanism to adjust the back pressure of the valve disc. Through the adjustment of the back pressure adjusting sleeve, a suitable reseating differential pressure can be obtained. When it is raised, the back pressure of the valve will be reduced. When lowering, the back pressure of the valve will be increased.

三、 Installation instructions for spring slightly opened closed safety valve

1. The safety valve must be installed vertically and preferably directly on the joint of the container or pipeline. The inner diameter of the joint shall not be less than the inlet diameter of the safety valve.

2. An appropriate expansion joint must be installed at the outlet of the safety valve to prevent the thermal expansion of the discharge pipe from causing undue thermal stress to the safety valve. The inner diameter of the discharge pipe should be larger than the outlet diameter of the valve, and the length should be as short as possible to avoid turning. The weight of the discharge pipe and expansion joint should not act on the safety valve, but should be fixed on the building. The distance between the center line of the discharge pipe and the center line of the valve body shall be as short as possible. Each safety valve shall be equipped with a separate discharge pipe.

3. The outlet of muffler shall have enough area to prevent back pressure from affecting the discharge capacity of valve.
