Z41f46 fluorine lined gate valve is one of the most popular open and close valves. Wedge shaped gate valves sealed on both sides are used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. Wedge gate valves are not allowed to be opened slightly as throttling devices in the pipeline, so as to avoid accelerating the damage of the sealing surface due to the erosion of high-speed flowing medium. FEP (F46) and PCTFE (F3) fluorine lined gate valves are applicable to aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids, strong acids and strong oxidants of various concentrations at -50 ℃ ~150 ℃. FEP is also applicable to strong alkali organic solvents of various concentrations and pipelines of other corrosive gases and liquid media.

二、 Z41f46 fluorine lined gate valve product features:

1. The valve body has two shapes: flat body and round body: GB valve adopts round body, ANSI pound valve DN ≤ 300lb adopts flat body, DN ≥ 400lb adopts round body, and the inner cavity of valve body, bonnet, ram, outer surface of valve rod and other components that directly contact the medium are all lined with FEP (F46) and other fluoroplastics;

2. The sealing pair is FPF (F46) / FEP (F46) or other material combination, with small friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque;

3. PTFE (F4) standard packing is used, which has good sealing performance and convenient maintenance and replacement;

4. The ram with elasticity can compensate the wedge angle deviation between the sealing surface of the ram and the sealing surface of the valve seat, with good coincidence and ideal sealing effect;

5. The medium can pass through the gate valve from any direction on both sides, which is applicable to the opening and closing device on the pipeline where the medium direction may change.
