Zirconium ball valve has small flow resistance. The ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small, and the switch is fast and convenient. As long as the valve body rotates 90 °, the ball valve will complete the full open or full close action, which is easy to realize rapid opening and closing.

Zirconium ball valve has good sealing performance. The valve seat (seal ring) of the ball valve is generally made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to ensure sealing. Moreover, the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure, and the valve stem of the zirconium ball valve is sealed reliably. When the ball valve is opened and closed, the valve rod only rotates by 90 °, so the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing force of the reverse seal of the valve rod increases with the increase of the medium pressure.

The opening and closing of zirconium ball valve only rotate 90 °, so it is easy to realize automatic control and remote control. The ball valve can be equipped with electric device, pneumatic device and hydraulic device. The channel of zirconium ball valve is flat and smooth, and it is not easy to deposit media, so pigging and ball passing can be carried out.
