The ball of floating C4 steel ball valve is floating. Under the action of medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press tightly on the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure the sealing of the outlet end.

1. The flow resistance is small. The ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve has a relatively small fluid resistance.

2. Good sealing performance. The valve seat (seal ring) of the ball valve is generally made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to ensure sealing, and the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.

3. The valve rod is reliably sealed. When the ball valve is opened and closed, the valve rod only rotates by 90 °, so the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing force of the reverse seal of the valve rod increases with the increase of the medium pressure.

4. The opening and closing of the ball valve only rotate 90 °, so it is easy to realize automatic control and remote control. The ball valve can be equipped with electric device, pneumatic device and hydraulic device.
