一、 G41f-10f flange plastic diaphragm valve product overview

G41f-10f flange PVDF plastic diaphragm valve is applicable to the transportation of corrosive media, closure and flow regulation. The temperature that PVDF material can withstand is -40 ℃ ~ 140 ℃; The flow passage part is assembled from colored PVDF injection molded parts, with excellent corrosion resistance, convenient operation and light volume, which can replace stainless steel valves; The diaphragm of the seal is made of F46 or PFA, with folding times ≥ 1200, and the corrosion resistance is equivalent to F4; Screw lifting structure is adopted, with large opening and closing torque and good stability.

二、 Installation and use of g41f-10f flange plastic diaphragm valve

1. When connecting the flanges at both ends with the pipeline, tighten the bolts evenly to prevent flange deformation and leakage.

2. Turn the handle clockwise to close, and vice versa.

3. The opening degree can be judged according to the position of the indicator.
