The V-shaped regulating titanium ball valve adopts the movable valve seat structure loaded by leaf spring, and the valve seat and the ball will not be blocked or separated. It has reliable sealing and long service life. There is a shear effect between the ball with V-notch and the valve seat. It is especially suitable for media containing fiber, small solid particles and slurry. The V-shaped ball defect structure is adopted for the hoist, which completely solves the problem that the valve chamber is easy to deposit media. When fully opened, the valve has large flow capacity and small pressure loss. Compact structure, strong versatility, flow characteristics of approximately equal percentage, large adjustable range, and the maximum adjustable ratio of 100:1.
