Threaded titanium ball valves and butt welded ball valves are divided into integral, two-stage and three-stage types. The body casting of internal thread titanium ball valve adopts the advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with reasonable structure and beautiful shape. The valve seat adopts the elastic sealing structure, with reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve rod adopts the bottom mounted structure with inverted seal. When the valve cavity is abnormally pressurized, the valve rod will not be rushed out.

A 90 ° switch positioning mechanism can be set and locked as needed to prevent misoperation. Threaded titanium ball valve and butt welded titanium ball valve are applicable to various pipelines with PN1.0 ~ 4.0Mpa, working temperature of -29 ~ 180 ℃ (the sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or -29 ~ 300 ℃ (the sealing ring is aligned polystyrene) for cutting off or connecting the medium in the pipeline.
