Valve structure and characteristics

Plunger stop valve is composed of valve body, bonnet, valve rod, plunger, guide, sealing ring, handwheel and other parts (as shown in the figure). When the hand wheel rotates, the valve rod drives the plunger to move up and down in the guide sleeve, so that the inclined cone at the end of the plunger and the cone of the valve seat can complete the opening and closing function of the valve.

The interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve. By adjusting the pre tightening force of the middle flange bolt, the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the outer circle of the cylinder plug on the middle hole surface of the valve body, so as to ensure the tightness of the valve. Internal leakage is eliminated.

As the sealing ring adopts non-toxic new sealing materials with strong resilience and high wear resistance, the sealing is reliable and durable, thus improving the service life of the valve.

This valve combines the advantages of non leakage of plunger valve and quick opening and closing of stop valve, and becomes a new product with novel structure and wide application. Its advantages are far better than ordinary stop valves.
